    I replaced the evil threaded headset my frame came with and pounded in a new threadless cane creek and new cheapo carbon fork. Bamm! I'm a member of the 21st century now. And it works 100 times better than old setup. I'm wondering to myself why you would actually need a special tool to remove and add a new headset? A screwdriver, hammer, and a book worked just fine for the whole process.

    Next up, new cranks.
